Practice Schedule
to remain eligible for competition; athletes are expected to maintain 90% practice attendance. schedules were made available to athletes and their families in august via Sportsyou and email.
Our pre-season is divided into three segments. Beginning in August, we hold two practices after school each week. We continue this for three weeks. strength and conditioning workouts take place in the athletic period. In late September, we increase to three practices per week. Once we reach October, we begin our final preparations for the start of our season. we begin adding additonal practices as we prepare for the rigors of our season schedule.
During the season, our junior varsity will typically practice three to four times a week with one competition. Junior varsity athletes are expected to compete on one saturday per month. junior varsity practice begins during the athletic period at approximately 2pm and are dismissed by 3:30pm

Varsity athletes will meet after school with a member of our varsity coaching staff for coach directed activity. at approximately 3:15p they will return inside to prepare for practice. varsity athletes will report for practice which begins at 3:30p. They will be dismissed once they have successfully completed a 90 minute practice session.
