Practice Schedule
To remain eligible to compete; athletes are expected to maintain 90% practice attendance. schedules will be made available to athlets and their families in august.
Our preseason is divided into three segments.
Beginning in August, we hold two practices after school each week. We continue this for three weeks. strength and conditioning workouts take place in the athletic period. In late September, we increas to three practices per week. During october, we begin our final preparations for the start of our season. we will hold four practices per week. |
